This video is the best of an Oregon
dad video-bombing his daughter’s crafts tutorial. Here’s the thing though – he had
no clue she was recording and the video was actually for school via remote
learning.

Okay, just TRY not to laugh while watching these Christmas tree fails. I'm pretty sure my toddler will cause my tree to topple before Christmas actually rolls around. |

If you’re not a member of our Upside Facebook group, you should be because it’s so uplifting! Upsider Mariann Marksberry says she was recently at Walgreens when she met this man, Jamal. He decided to pay it forward as Mariann attempted to buy something for a disabled veteran. “I started crying and had to get a selfie with him.” Read to find out what Jamal did. |

More beautiful humans! Emily and Billy got married at Chicago's city hall after the pandemic forced them to cancel their original wedding plans. They were stuck with a $5,000 catering bill and turned that into 200 dinners for people with mental illnesses. |

I’m a sucker for dogs… especially a Golden Retriever dressed as a dirty martini. This precious pooch named Finn had to wear a cone for two weeks and his mama got pretty creative throughout that time. From “Finn-tini” to French fries, Star Wars and even Buzz Lightyear – the photos are too cute! |

A former
ballet dancer with Alzheimer’s listened to Swan Lake and started to remember the moves.
She has since passed away, but the video continues to gain popularity. This story is several weeks old, but my good friend just shared it with me and the video gave me chills. Sharing it here in case anyone else hasn't watched yet!

This was one of the most popular recipes to be featured in the Pick Me Up last year. Ridiculously delicious and VERY addictive. - Saltine crackers
- 1/2 cup of brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
Line the bottom of a cookie sheet with foil, then line pan with crackers. On the stove, melt butter, brown sugar, and vanilla. Bring to a boil, then simmer for about five minutes. Pour mixture over crackers then bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Take out of oven, then sprinkle and spread chocolate chips over crackers. Top with anything else, such as sprinkles or nuts. Place pan in fridge for about an hour or two, then break into cookie sized pieces. |
