RECIPE: JAN'S PIMENTO CHEESE
Speaking of cheese... My mom used to make the BEST pimento cheese. It's seriously so creamy and delicious - she always had a fresh tub in her fridge. I decided to make it over the weekend for the first time on my own, and wanted to share the recipe with y'all. I'm hoping it'll become a staple in my home and one day my daughter will also say, "My mama makes the best pimento cheese." Pro tip: go easy on the mayo...
